Through intentional and ethical farming practices, we raise our cattle mindful of genetics, nutrition, and welfare. Every step—from gentle weaning to stress-free handling supports healthy, happy animals.
Our cattle are humanely harvested and processed at a USDA-inspected facility locally. Cuts are dry-aged for 21 days to
bring out the premium flavor and
tenderness in every bite.
